Great lesson. English for me is quite an easy language to speak and write but I have some difficulties in certain grammar rules like the causative and the passive! Do you have any suggestions?
I have a doubt in one of the questions my teacher asked me. The question was
Q) Who has won the gold medal? (Change into passive voice)
My answer was
By whom has the gold medal been won?
But when I googled it, the answer was
By whom was the gold medal won?
Can you please tell me which one is correct.

Thanks a lot my teacher, the following sentence confused me : I avoid seeing him. >>>>> He avoids being seen. The first sentence means that I don’t want to see him, but the second sentence means that he doesn’t want anyone to see him !!!
I think to give the same meaning of the first sentence but in passive, it should be “ He is avoided to be seen.” Or “ He is avoided being seen”

Hi mam! What would happen if we add phrase at the end of sentence? For example in the active: "somebody pushed me" then we switch it into passive so it'll be 'i was pushed' then again I'll add phrase like" into the hole. " i was pushed into the hole." It will be ok? Thank you
