Without cookies, your shopping cart would reset to zero every time you clicked a new link on the site. That would make it difficult to buy anything online!
A website might also use cookies to keep a record of your most recent visit or to record your login information. Many people find this useful so that they can store passwords on frequently used sites, or simply so they know what they have visited or downloaded in the past.
Different types of cookies keep track of different activities. Session cookies are used only when a person is actively navigating a website; once you leave the site, the session cookie disappears. Tracking cookies may be used to create long-term records of multiple visits to the same site. Authentication cookies track whether a user is logged in, and if so, under what name.
Are Internet cookies safe?
Under normal circumstances, cookies cannot transfer viruses or malware to your computer. Because the data in a cookie doesn’t change when it travels back and forth, it has no way to affect how your computer runs.

A “zombie cookie” is a cookie that re-creates itself after being deleted, making zombie cookies tough to manage. Third-party tracking cookies can also cause security and privacy concerns, since they make it easier for parties you can’t identify to watch where you are going and what you are doing online.
Where to look to enable or delete cookies
Here’s how to find and manage your cookies in order to protect your privacy online:
- Open your browser. Because cookies are stored in your web browser, the first step is to open your browser. Popular browsers include Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
- Find where cookies are stored. Each browser manages cookies in a different location. For example, in Internet Explorer, you can find them by clicking “Tools” and then “Internet Options.” From there, select “General” and “Browsing history” and “Settings.” In Chrome, choose “Preferences” from the Chrome menu in the navigation bar, which will display your settings. ✍️ NGUYÊN LIỆU
200g bơ ở nhiệt độ phòng
80g đường nâu
80g đường trắng
2 trứng ở nhiệt độ phòng
350g bột mỳ đa dụng
1 tsp muối nở

✍️ CÁCH LÀM
✔️Bật lò để làm nóng trước 1520 phút ở 180 độC.
✔️Trong một tô lớn, trộn đều bột mì, baking soda, muối rồi rây cho mịn.
✔️Bơ nên để trước ở nhiệt độ phòng cho mềm, cắt nhỏ, cho đường nâu và đường trắng vào dùng máy đánh trứng đánh cho hòa quyện.
✔️Đập 2 quả trứng vào tô dùng máy đánh trứng đánh đều, sau đó đổ bột đã rây sẵn lúc đầu vào dùng phới trộn đều len.
✔️Thêm chocolate chips vào trộn đều và nặn viên tròn, ấn dẹt.
✔️Lót giấy nến vào khay nướng bánh rồi đặt bánh vào, khoảng cách cách nhau từ 34cm.
✔️Rắc thêm chocolate chips lên mặt bánh cho đẹp rồi đem nướng ở 180 độC trong 15 phút.
✔️Bánh chín cho lên rack để hong cho nguội rồi cất vào hộp thủy tinh để bảo quản.

Here is what you’ll need!
The Best Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ cups allpurpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
4 ounces milk or semisweet chocolate chunks
4 ounces dark chocolate chunks (or your preference)
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter until a paste has formed with no lumps.
Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light ribbons fall off the whisk.
Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula, being careful not to overmix too much. This will cause the gluten in the flour to toughen which will result in cakier cookies.
Fold in the chocolate chunks evenly, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense toffeelike flavor and deeper color, chill the dough overnight. The longer the dough rests, the more complex its flavor will be.
Scoop the dough with an icecream scoop onto a parchment paperlined baking sheet, leaving at least 4 inches of space between cookies and 2 inches of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.
Bake for 1215 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
Cool completely, and enjoy!
