Formula :
( + ) S + auxiliary ( have/has ) + been + Complement
( ) S + auxiliary ( have/has ) +not + been + Complement
( ? ) Auxiliary ( have/has ) + S + been + Complement ?

Example :
( + ) They have been in the class for two hours
( ) They have not been in the class for two hours
( ? ) Have they been in the class for two hours ?
( + ) He has been here since yesterday
( ) He has not been here since yesterday
