ซึ่งในประโยคนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็น Adj. เพื่อขยายคำที่อยู่ข้างหน้าอย่าง office ซึ่งเป็นคำนามจ้า
และ keep (ในที่นี้มีความหมายว่า to continue doing something without stopping, or to do it reapeatedly ตาม cambridge dictionary) ที่เป็น intransitive verb นั้น จะต้องตามด้วย V.ing จ้า
ส่วนที่นักเรียนสงสัยว่า ทำไม smoothly ถึงอยู่ด้านหลังได้ เพราะว่า Run (V.) มี collocation ที่เป็น adv. สามารถตามหลังได้คือคำว่า effective/ smoothly จ้า
