Question: about the verbs decide and choose – what if you say: She decided quitting was the best option; Chris chose staying at home instead of going out. Would those be incorrect? And is there are list of verbs which only followed by an infinitive? Is there a rule or some way to know when we only use an infinitive or gerund?
