According to English grammar, Will represents the future simple tense, and be going to, grammatically speaking, is present progressive (or present continuous). There are many rules of the usage of will and going to. But most of them are not very clear. In this video, I’m going to give you very clear and simple explanation of the difference between will and going to with lots of easy to remember examples. This video is good for both ESL students who want to understand the difference between going to and will and ESL teachers who want to explain the difference between going to and will to their students. It’s also good for anyone who wants to understand how to use simple future tense in English language.
