เขียนวันที่ วันเดือนปี เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ มีสองแบบ คือ แบบอังกฤษ – อังกฤษ และ อังกฤษ – อเมริกัน การเขียนวันที่แบบอังกฤษ : วัน เดือน ปี Day-Month
ภาษาอังกฤษมีคำหรือหลักการบางอย่าง ที่มือใหม่หลายๆ คนแอบสับสน เพราะในแต่ละประเทศมีหลักการณ์ หรือกฎเกณฑ์เฉพาะเป็นของตัวเอง อย่างในกรณีของการเขียนวันที่ วัน เดือน ปี นี้ ที่หลายคนเขียนแบบย่อเดือน ย่อตัวเลขของเดือน และปี บางทีก็เป็นปี คศ. บางทีก็ยังเป็น พ.ศ. เลยก็มี เอาล่ะค่ะ ไม่เวิ่นเว้อละ อย่างน้อยมาลองดูการเขียนวันนี้นี้กันเลยดีกว่า

การเขียนวันที่แบบอังกฤษ : วัน เดือน ปี Day-Month-Year
การเขียนวันที่แบบอเมริกัน : ปี เดือน วัน Month-Day-Year
วันที่ 26 กันยายน 2018 เขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษคือ
the twenty-sixth of September , 2018 หรือ September the twenty-sixth, 2018
26th September 2018 หรือแบบอเมริกันคือ September 26th, 2018
26 September 2018 หรือแบบอเมริกันคือ 26 September, 2018
26/9/2018 หรือแบบอเมริกันคือ 9/26/2018
26/9/18 หรือแบบอเมริกันคือ 9/26/18
ซึ่งการเขียนตัวเลขของเดือนนี่ก็ทำสับสนเอาได้ง่ายๆ หากว่า วันที่นั้นเป็นวันที่ที่อยู่ระหว่าง 1-12 เพราะเราอาจจะงงได้ว่า นี่เป็นตัวเลขของ วัน หรือ เดือน กันแน่ เช่น
11/08/2013 = 08/11/13 ที่บางคนอาจจะคิดว่า เลข 8 เป็นเดือนสิงหาคม หรือ วันที่ 8 และวันที่ 11 หรือ เดือน 11 ก็เป็นได้เช่นกัน
