"I have been living in London." (PPC) Why the heck simply don't use Present Simple here instead? "I live in London." What's the difference?

Hi Aly, you are an amazing teacher. I would like to ask you if I use the sentence: " Sam has been a clerk." without a time expression does it mean that Sam isn't a clerk now. It is a problem to use the verb to be in PPT. Thank you

Could you please explain this. some of internet articles and videos describe "Present Perfect continuous" has 02 Meanings.
01.Some past time start and Still continuously happen (You describe in Video) <3 <3
02.Some past time start and now finish (In very resent finished)
Ex: "I have been coming to the bank for two hours"
Can you please explain the 02nd Usage as well, i'm confusing about it.

Ally is an amazing teacher. His lessons are interesting and they teach you a lot. However I would prefer him to do more in depth lessons when he is talking about the differences about tenses. Also I would like Ally to discuss the difference between past continous and present perfect continuous.

another difference between p.p continuous and simple for "work" and "live" is that continuous form is more a temporary thing and simple form is permanent when we say how long.
