There still remain a question. If I use the present perfect continue, the action must be ongoing next.
I’ve seen an example in the book of grammar in use.
Now the ground is wet. It has been raining.
But now, it is not raining any more. The action is not ongoing.

I have lived here for ten years…… Actually emphasizes the completeness of the said period….while ……I have been living here for ten years…. simply tells action of living going on over a period of time and still going on.

If, as you say in the video, the present perfect is used for a past action that has been completed, why don't you use the simple past tense?
