 เกี่ยวกับโครงการ 

โครงการฝึกงานที่ประเทศ สหรัฐอเมริกา (Internship & Training in USA) เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ที่ต้องการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงาน ทักษะการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมและทักษะการใช้ชีวิตในต่างประเทศ โดยการฝึกงานในหลากหลายสาขา ภายใต้วีซ่า J-1 Intern and Trainee Exchange Visitor Program สำหรับนิสิตนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในประเทศไทยหรือจบการศึกษาแล้วได้มีโอกาสไปฝึกงานในบริษัทหรือองค์กรต่างๆตามสาขาที่ได้เรียนมา โดยมีระยะเวลาเข้าร่วมโครงการ 6 – 18 เดือนในการฝึกงาน และยังสามารถเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ภายหลังจบโครงการได้อีก 30 วัน

ความแตกต่างระหว่าง

Intern

กับ

Trainee

โครงการฝึกงานในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกานี้เหมาะสำหรับผู้สมัครที่ต้องการมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่ต่างประเทศ ซึ่งมีบางคนอาจจะเข้าใจผิดว่าผู้สมัครจำเป็นจะต้องกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับอุดมศึกษาเท่านั้น แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้วสามารถเข้าร่วมโครงการได้ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร มาดูกันว่าโครงการ Intern และ Trainee มีข้อกำหนดอะไรบ้าง

• อายุระหว่าง 20 – 30 ปี

• กำลังเรียนอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี / โท

• นิสิตนักศึกษาจบใหม่ในระดับปริญญาตรี / โท มาไม่เกิน 12 เดือนก่อนวันเริ่มงาน

• สาขาที่ศึกษาจะต้องตรงกับสาขาที่จะไปฝึกงาน

• เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมมากกว่า 2.20 ขึ้นไป

• หากเรียนจบมามากกว่า 6 เดือน ควรมีประสบการณ์ทำงานประกอบด้วย

INTERN

• อายุระหว่าง 20 – 30ปี

• จบการศึกษามามากกว่า 12 เดือน ก่อนวันเริ่มงาน

• หากสาขาที่จบการศึกษาตรงกับสาขาที่จะไปฝึกงาน จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านนั้นๆ อย่างน้อย 12 เดือน

• หากสาขาที่จบการศึกษาไม่ตรงกับสาขาที่จะไปฝึกงาน จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านที่จะไปฝึกงาน อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป

• เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมมากกว่า 2.20 ขึ้นไป

TRAINEE

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครทั่วไป

คือ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และมีข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมขึ้นอยู่กับงานและตำแหน่งที่จะได้รับตามที่บริษัทได้กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันออกไป
