bridge อ่าน ว่า: คุณกำลังดูกระทู้
วันนี้ไปเจอปัญหาน่าสนใจขึ้นมาอย่างนึงคือ ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการเข้าใช้งาน Adobe Bridge ซึ่งแหล่งที่มาของปัญหานี้ผมไม่ได้เจอกับตัวเองหรอกครับ แต่ไปเจอกระทู้เก่าใน Pantip มา

Adobe Bridge ขึ้นแบบนี้คืออะไร? ครับ

ด้วยความสงสัยและระแวงว่าสักวัน ผมอาจจะเจอกับปัญหาแบบนี้ขึ้นมาบ้าง เลยลองไปค้นหาข้อมุลและวิธีแก้ ซึ่งก็สรุปวิธีแก้ได้ว่า
วิธีแก้สำหรับ Windows
1. ปิด Adobe Bridge
2. เปิด Adobe Bridge
3. แล้วให้รีบกดปุ่ม Ctrl + Alt + Shift ค้างไว้ทันที
4. จากนั้นจะมีหน้าต่าง Reset Settings ขึ้นมา
ให้ติ๊กที่ช่อง Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache เพื่อเคลียร์แคชทิ้งไปให้หมด และกด OK
ส่วนตัวเลือกอีกสองตังเอาไว้ Reset Adobe Bridge ใหม่ทั้งหมดครับ
เข้าใจว่าเลือกเฉพาะช่องนี้ช่องเดียวน่าจะแก้ไขอาการนี้ได้แล้ว
วิธีแก้สำหรับ OSX
1. ปิด Adobe Bridge
2. กดปุ่ม Ctrl + Alt + Shift ค้างไว้ทันทีและกดเปิด Adobe Bridge
3. จะได้หน้าต่าง reset Settings เหมือนกัน จากนั้นก็จัดการเคลียร์แคชแบบเดียวกับ WIndows ได้เลย
