[NEW] ประโยคภาษาอังกฤษในการเชื้อเชิญ (Invitation) | นักกิจกรรม ภาษาอังกฤษ – NATAVIGUIDES

การเชื้อเชิญเป็นการแสดงถึงความเป็นผู้มีนํ้าใจ เพื่อให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง หรือทำอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งด้วย อาจจะเป็นการเชื้อเชิญธรรมดา หรือสุภาพหรือเกรงใจ รูปประโยคที่ใช้ในการเชิญมีหลายอย่างเช่นกัน ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ประโยคคำสั่ง (Command) การเชิญโดยใช้รูปประโยคเป็นคำสั่งนี้ อาจจะถือเป็นการขอร้องอย่างหนึ่งก็ได้ แต่เป็นการขอร้องให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของตัวเอง แม้อาจจะไม่นิยมใช้ แต่ก็ถือเป็นการเชิญได้เช่นกัน โดยมีโครงสร้างเช่นเดียวกับการขอร้องดังนี้

Please come to my house tomorrow.
พรุ่งนี้ กรุณาเชิญมาที่บ้านฉันด้วย
Please have lunch with me.
เชิญรับประทานอาหารกลางวันด้วยกัน

เชิญไปงานเลี้ยงด้วยกันนะ

เชิญร่วมฉลองงานวันเกิดคุณพ่อของฉัน
2. ประโยคบอกเล่า (Statement) การเชื้อเชิญที่ใช้รูปบอกเล่า ถือเป็นเชิญที่แท้จริง เป็นความประสงค์จริงๆ ของผู้พูด มีความหมายคล้ายกับการขอร้อง ใช้กริยาอย่างเดียวกันโดยมีโครงสร้างต่างๆ ดังนี้

ฉันอยากจะเชิญคุณไปรับประทานอาหารกลางวันที่บ้านฉัน

I want you to come to my apartment tomorrow.
ฉันอยากจะให้คุณมาที่หอพักฉันวันพรุ่งนี้

ฉันอยากจะให้คุณไปดูละครกับพวกเราด้วย
I would like you to visit my family.
ฉันอยากจะขอให้คุณไปเยี่ยมครอบครัวฉันด้วย

I would like to have you participate in the meeting.
ฉันอยากจะขอให้คุณเข้าร่วมประชุมด้วย
3. ประโยคคำถาม (Question) การใช้รูปคำถามเป็นการเชิญนั้น ถือเป็นการเชิญโดยอ้อมและเป็นการขอร้องอีกอย่างหนึ่งเช่นกับ ฉะนั้นกริยา และโครงสร้างจึงเป็นอย่างเดียวกันกับการขอร้อง ซึ่งมีประโยคต่างๆ ดังนี้

การตอบรับ (Accepting) การตอบรับการเชื้อเชิญก็เหมือนกับตอบรับ ชนิดอื่นๆ อาจจะตอบรับธรรมดาหรือแสดงถึงความยินดีก็ได้ ดังนี้

ข้อสังเกต
-ประโยคต่างๆ เช่น Please… /I want, I would / can, could will, would, / would you mind / how about ใช้ในการขอร้องและเชื้อเชิญ มีความหมายเหมือนกัน
-Won’t you เป็นทั้งคำถามธรรมดาและการเชื้อเชิญ ดังตัวอย่างต่อไปนี้
