Yes! Remember, the last tome we talked about reciting the mantra, “Samma Arahang, Samma Arahang” to purify our mind and 

today we’re going to start with “Thoughts” that rise up during meditation. 

If any thoughts arise, there is no need to fight them. Let them pass through the center of your body like a [assing view that you 

happen to see from the window of a moving train.

While you are thinking of the bright crystal ball gently and comfortably, focus your mind and be still at the center with pure 

brightness.

During this time recite the mantra continuously and maintain your mind by imagining a bright object softly, comfortably.

ระหว่างช่วงเวลานี้ให้ประคองใจด้วยการภาวนาไปเรื่อยๆ และจินตนาการถึงวัตถุที่สว่างอย่างเบาๆ สบายๆ 

Continuously

 

แปลว่า  

อย่างต่อเนื่อง 

Comfortably 

แปลว่า  

อย่างสบาย

Alternatively, you can choose not to visualize anything at all and simply observe whatever you feel at the center of your body; 

without making any judgments or feeling any emptions.

 

แปลว่า  

เป็นทางเลือก คุณสามารถเลือกที่จะไม่นึกถึงภาพใดเลยก็ได้ แค่ให้ใจของ

คุณรู้สึกที่ศูนย์กลางกายโดยปราศจากการคิด ตัดสิน หรือ อารมณ์ใดๆ 

Visualize

Judgment

การตัดสิน 

Emotional

เกี่ยวกับอารมณ์

Whether you see darkness or bright light or anything else, just accept it without any thought. 

แปลว่า  

สิ่งที่คุณเห็นไม่ว่าจะเป็นความมือ 

ความสว่าง หรือสิ่งอื่นๆ แค่รับรู้โดยปราศจากความคิด 

Once your mind is completely still, you will notice that the mamtra “Samma Arahang” will disappear you may feel that you don’t 

want to recite the mantra amymore. All will become silent and peace ful.

เมื่อใจหยุดนิ่ง ก็จะทิ้งคำภาวนา ” สัมมา อะระหัง ” เหมือน

กับเราลืมภาวนาถ้อยคำนี้ หรือเกิดความรู้สึกว่าไม่อยากจะภาวนาอีกต่อไป และจะมีแค่เพียงความเงียบสงบ

Recite

 

แปลว่า  

ท่อง, ภาวนา

 

If you feel like this, you do not have to go back to reciting the mantra again.

 

แปลว่า  

ถ้าเกิดความรู้สึกอย่างนี้ ก็ไม่ต้องย้อนกลับมาภาวนาใหม่

 

Let your awareness maintain  the vision fo a bright crystal ball from this point onward. Only do this with a still mind, softly, gently, 

constantly and continuously.

ให้มีสติรักษาภาพดวงใสๆ ต่อไป ทำเพียงเท่านี้ ด้วยใจนิ่งๆ นุ่มๆ ละมุนละไม ต่อไเรื่อยๆ 

If you have any experience from within, which is different from your meditation object, do not be excited, let your mind be neutral 

and at peace.

Observe the experiences that occur with a calm mind and relax. do not question, how this is happening; just observe. 

Otherwise, your mind will move from the center of the body and your inner experience will disappear.

Observe

Your mind should remain only in this state so the experience from within will progress. Do not think of anything. Do all of this. 

Only this. That is all.

Then the mind will lead within, entering into clarity, true happiness, and true inner wisdom, which lies deeper and deeper. And 

you will attain that which is in you, that which is universal. That which is the same for everyoune in this world.

Hello everyone and welcome back to ForB’s English lesson video. My name is Richard and today we are going to take a look at these words: continual and continuous. Do you know the difference? Alright. So let’s take a look at two example sentences.
Number 1. We had continual rain last night.
Number 2. We had continuous rain last night.
Do you know the difference? Alright, so continual means periodic. And continuous means nonstop.
Alright, so let’s take a look at these two illustrations. So let’s take a look at number one. This illustration shows continual rain. So from eight P.M. until twelve A.M., as you can see, here it’s raining. Here it is not. Here it is raining. Here it is not. And then here it’s also raining. So this is continual rain. Alright?
So let’s take a look at number two. Continuous rain. So from here, you can see it’s raining. Still raining and still raining until here. So continuous rain is nonstop rain not like this rain up here. So from eight P.M. to twelve A.M., it’s just nonstop rain as you can see. Alright?
Alright, so let’s practice these two sentences together. Please repeat after me. Number one. We had continual rain last night. Great. And number two. We had continuous rain last night. Great.
