บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เคพีเจ บิสสิเนส จำกัด เป็นสำนักงานบัญชีตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกรมสรรพากร ให้บริการจัดทำบัญชีและตรวจสอบบัญชี การให้คำปรึกษาด้านภาษี และบริการอื่นๆ เช่น จัดทำระบบบัญชีเงินเดือนและประกันสังคมให้แก่ธุรกิจต่างๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บริการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีอากร เป็นต้น จากการคณะผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษา ณ บริษัท เคพีเจ บิสสิเนส จำกัด ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี ได้รับมอบหมายให้คัดแยกเอกสารเช่น หนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ ใบกำกับภาษีขาย ใบเสร็จรับเงิน บันทึกรายการบัญชีตามเอกสารหลักฐาน-รายการค้าประจำเดือนด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชี myAccount
โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะการจัดทำงบการเงินเงินด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป myAccount โดยทำการศึกษาวิธีการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี myAccount ประเภทของเอกสารทางบัญชี ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม อัตราภาษีเงินได้ หัก ณ ที่จ่าย โครงงานนี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจในและสามารถเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปประยุกต์ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคตต่อไป คณะผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
KPJ Business Co. Ltd., is a tax agent authorized by the Revenue Department, that provides accounting and auditing services, tax advisory services and other services, namely; the preparation of a payroll system and social security for various business with efficiency, tax filing services, etc. While attending the internship under cooperative program at KPJ as an assistant accountant, the team was assigned to classify documents, such as input tax invoices, output tax invoices, withholding tax certificates, receipts, recognize the business transactions according to the documents-monthly business transactions with Prosolf MyAccount.
This project was designed to increase the skills of preparing the financial statement with the Prosoft MyAccount through studying the method of using Prosoft MyAccount, the type of accounting documents, Value Added Tax, and withholding tax rates. The result was that the team had gained knowledge and understanding of the skills of preparing the financial statement and will be applied in future careers. The also team hopes that this project will be useful to interested parties.
