  6. I tried out this recipe recently.. Here is my reviews but this is my opinion from me and relatives..i am no expert in cookies nor in baking but i found them tasting better with these alternatives
    1. Browning the butter does nothing different except for adding dishes, cream the butter. Same results.
    2. I think that this is way too sweet… reduce the sugar a little bit. I am also not American.. Americans eat very sweet..
    3. Way too much salt.. Reduce it by half
    4. Try freezing the cookies for 20 minutes at least. If you don't want to end up with 1 large rectangle cookie taking the shape of your baking tray.
