In this Hiking for Beginners episode we’re talking everything you need to know about FOOT CARE FOR BEGINNERS whilst you’re out on the trail! Specifically in this video we’re covering everything you need to know about looking after your feet BEFORE, DURING and AFTER your hike, including covering hot spots, trimming your nails, taking breaks during the day and draining blisters.
Your feet are the most important part of your hiking setup (after all, you can’t get from point A to point B without them!) so it’s important to make sure you’re taking care of them properly to keep them nice and comfortable and healthy when you’re out on the trail.
