Hi Pete, how do you compare this Anka pedal to the Andy Timmons V1? I listened to your videos and I find them similar, if you can answer it would be very valuable, (I hear more background noise in this Anka than in the Andy timmons V1, wearing professional in-ear headphones)

I don't say this to disparage any of Pete's recordings, which I find great… but they've been extra good lately, and I can't help but think it's all about the OX amp. I really want to see a video where this thing is compared to the Two Notes Torpedo, because I'm really curious about this "cab modeling without IRs" thing. Could the OX amp be the answer to finally getting a true tube head sound without micing a cab?
Checked this out to see the new gear demo which I always enjoy, and once again was blown away by the little "rock composition demonstration song" that Pete whips up to showcase the versatility of the product! The songs are catchy, riff-driven and engaging…I find myself listening to the song more than the effect being demonstrated, which is actually the POINT!! I have to remind myself that "oh, yeah, that effect is augmenting the song"! Another person on this list is saving the demo songs to listen to and I can see doing that as they are so good!
I hope to one day see a Pete Thorn Guitar Riffing Course, which could even be a little pack of 8 to 10 5-minute guitar lessons where budding guitarists can work on elements of their playing to improve their abilties. Well Done Mr. Thorn!

I listen for the "Pete bend" in all your tunes now, and if I don't hear it I immediately play the demo song again because I'm convinced I missed it. Note goes up…. aaaaaaaaand… different one comes down. Yep, it's Pete! Yet another great demo. I have jealous eyes on that sunburst Suhr with the non-locking Floyd with the locking machine-heads. Come to me baby… Pete has signature Suhrs, and he loves them more than you….
Please release a “Best of Demo Songs” album. I’d buy the shit out of that.
How long does it take you to conceive, track and mix your demo tunes?

this thing is at max a really low gain pedal.

Pete you make great demo videos and I thought that was a great little trick with the loop pedal – never occured to me to use one in that way! Glad you outed that Macmull T type guitar with the P90's, I would have been up all night trying to figure out what that was. What IS up with everybody hiding the headstocks and logos on gear all the time now days anyhow?!? Keep on rocking.
