The key to getting a good outer thigh \u0026 hip workout with this exercise is to pick a heavy enough weight so don’t pick a weight so light you can just kick the box, weight plate or any other object across the floor in 1to2 kicks and don’t make it so heavy that you have to end up dragging it (that is if you choose to kick instead of drag) and as for dragging…
If you’re dragging the box, weight plate or any other object across the floor then make sure it’s not so heavy that you have a hard time dragging it at least ½ foot and don’t make it so light that you can actually kick it instead of dragging (that is if you choose to drag for your outer thigh workout)
You can do this exercise sitting down but whether you are sitting or standing \u0026 it’s best that that you do only 2to6 sets where you kick or drag for 1to5 minutes with each leg 3to5 days per week.
You can generally expect to see firming and toning results rather quickly within 2to4 weeks and no later than 2to6 weeks and…
