برنامج لمسات بيانية مع الدكتور فاضل صالح السامرائي والمقدم محمد خالد
فاضل بن صالح بن مهدي بن خليل البدري من عشيرة \” البدري \” إحدى عشائر سامراء ، ويُكنّى بـ (أبي محمد ) ومحمد ولده الكبير . ولد في سامراء عام 1933م في عائلة متوسطة الحالة الاقتصادية، كبيرة في الحالة الاجتماعية والدينية أخذه والده منذ نعومة أظفاره إلى مسجد حسن باشا أحد مساجد سامراء لتعلم القرآن الكريم ، وكشف ذلك عن حدة ذكاءه ، حيث تعلم القرآن الكريم في مدة وجيزة . أكمل الدراسة الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية في سامراء ، ثم انتقل إلى بغداد في مدينة الأعظمية ليدخل دورة تربوية لإعداد المعلمين ، وتخرج فيها عام 1953م ، وكان متفوقا في المراحل الدراسية كافة . عُيّن معلماً في مدينة بلد عام 1953 م ، وبعدها أكمل دراسته في دار المعلمين العالية بقسم اللغة العربية ( كلية التربية ) عام 1957م وتخرج فيها عام 1960م ـ 1961م . حاز درجة (البكالريوس) ، بتقدير امتياز ، ورجع إلى التدريس في الثانوي . وفي أول دورة فتحت للدراسات العليا في العراق دخل في قسم الماجستير ( القسم اللغوي ) وكان أول من حاز درجة الماجستير في كلية الآداب وفي السنة نفسها عُيّن مُعيداً في قسم اللغة العربية بكلية التربية بجامعة بغداد ومن جامعة عين شمس في كلية الآداب في قسم اللغة العربية ، نال شهادة الدكتوراه عام 1968م . ثم عاد إلى العراق ، وعُيّن في كلية الآداب / جامعة بغداد بعد دمج كلية التربية بكلية الآداب . وعُيّن عميداً لكلية الدراسات الإسلامية المسائية في السبعينات إلى حين إلغاء الكليات الأهلية في العراق . بعدها أُعير إلى جامعة الكويت للتدريس في قسم اللغة العربية عام 1979م ثم رجع إلى العراق ، أصبح خبيرا في لجنة الأصول في المجمع العلمي العراقي عام 1983 ، وعين عضواً عاملاً في المجمع العلمي العراقي عام 1996م ، وأُحيل إلى التقاعد عام 1998م ، بعد ما قضى ما يقارب أربعين عاما أستاذاً للنحو في جامعة بغداد في التدريس ثم رحل إلى الخليج ، ليعمل أستاذاً في جامعة عجمان التي أمضى فيها سنة ثم انتقل إلى جامعة الشارقة أستاذاً لمادة النحو والتعبير القرآني عام 1999م إلى صيف عام 2004م حيث عاد الدكتور فاضل إلى بلده الحبيب العراق وعاد للتدريس في جامعته الحبيبة بغداد، أمد الله في عمره وزاده الله تعالى علماً وفهماً بكتابه العزيز وعلّمه ما ينفعه وينفعنا ونفع به الإسلام والمسلمين وجعل عمله في ميزان حسناته اللهم آمين واليوم يعود لنا الدكتور الفاضل إلى برنامجه لمسات بيانية في الدورة البرامجية الجديدة لقناة الشارقة التي بدأت في 11/2/2007م. وبالإضافة لكون الدكتور نحوياً فذّاً وعالماً جليلاً فهو أيضاً شاعر عظيم مع أنه لا يحب أن يُعرّف عنه أنه شاعر وقد نظم الشعر في سن مبكرة ومن أشعاره قصيدة رباه (في رحلة الإيمان .. الحج عام 2000م)
